Driven by innovation that works
I've been working in the maritime and industrial world for over thirty years; twenty of those as (interim) CEO. What drives me: innovation that really works, organisations that become smarter and projects that deliver value. Over the past decade I've dived deeper into digitalisation, big data, Industry 4.0 and artificial intelligence at Batenburg Techniek, IHC Digital Business Systems and as a guest lecturer at The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
With DexIQ, together with Kevin, I want to shape the GenAI revolution in our industry: context-driven, reliable networker and surprisingly innovative.

Preparing for a new revolution
I've been working at the intersection of technology and artificial intelligence for over five years. From the conviction that AI is not a hype, but a structural change in how we work, I founded DexIQ together with Quentin.
Over the past 5 years I've developed and implemented AI solutions within an R&D-driven organisation. From training advanced models to designing the right infrastructure for AI. What drives me is the combination of technology and practice, translating complex technology into concrete workable applications that add immediate value.
